To me, this guy is the perfect grandpa, but a terrible father.  It would be great to have the option of talking to him for a while at Thanksgiving or Christmas, but if you had to be around him all the time, it would take forever to get anything done.  For example, the question, "What are you reading right now?" would yield an answer where, in a full two minutes, he only gets to telling you the title of the book he’s reading, and it turns out to be a comic book…sorry, Graphic Novel.  He’s got hundreds of clips from his show here, so there’s plenty of floating head, distracting background, echo-effect-on-all-calls-he-takes fun to go around.
